About one and a half hour ago, there was a shooting right below the building where im working at now. The polices opened up gunfire with the robbers from a bank robbery near by. This is the first time since I came to the U.S that I heard so many gunshooting going on near me. Kinda scary when I first see all the polices surrarounding by and carried guns in their arms, just we know that we are safe coz outside people can't enter this building without permission since all the doors are being locked at all time.. but it is kind of funny when most of the people in my office stand up on the desk and try to looking down for what's going on until the manager order them to stay away from the window. The whole thing didn't last for about an hour, until now there still many police cars on the street outside, but everything is ok now.

One robber died, one wound, and police also caught the other guy, there are 3 of them in total. I think they are very stupid to get into the downtown area.. coz the security in this area is better than many other places near by since it is the financial district.
